Safe Harbour Funds is a series of closed-end commingled
investment funds which invest into UK resdeintal and
commercial properties. Safe Harbour funds offer
investors a possibility to diversify their investment
across 5-10 projects.
A typical minimum subscription size is £5 mln.
Safe Harbour I Fund is now fully invested.
Safe Harbour II Fund has been recently closed and is now
in the investment phase. The Fund has a mandate to
invest in
residental and mixed-use development projects in
Greater London and Home Counties. The Fund size is £50 mln
(equity).
